(Optional) Registration Before Purchase

Note

For this setting to be active, Require registration to obtain card would need to be enabled on the FasCard Admin Site prior to functioning in this required order. By default, this function is disabled.

With User Registration before purchase, you have the option to require customers to register any (or all) of the following prior to being allowed to purchase a FasCard:

  • Email

  • Name

  • Phone

  • Birthday

  1. From the FasCard Kiosk main menu, select Get New Card.

  2. Complete the registration fields to advance to the NEW CARD screen.

Email Registration

The Email field will display when an email address has previously been saved, but the email address field itself will lock after both registration and verification is completed.

Until this email address is verified by the loyalty customer, the email field can be updated at any time, should a customer change their mind as to which email they want their account registered to.

When entering a valid email address on registration, the customer will receive an email from notify@fascard.com to complete registration. If said email is not present in the Inbox, be sure to check the Spam/Junk or Deleted folder.

Upon visiting the link, you will be asked to set a password to complete registration to the FasCard Mobile Site. You will also have access to the FasCard Mobile App with these login credentials.

Once completed, your email will then be registered to the FasCard system and display in the registered field.
