FasCard Loyalty Site - Settings



Overview

The Settings page allows users to directly manage their account information as well as language preference and cycle notifications. Customers may also use the Settings page to add Loyalty cards to their existing account.

Account Settings and Profile Information

The Loyalty Settings page allows the user to edit profile information, add additional Loyalty cards, merge loyalty cards, change language settings, set notification preferences, send feedback and delete their account and personal information.

Editing the User Profile

Clicking the Edit button in the My Profile section of the Settings page will allow the user to edit their profile information, email address, and password.

To edit any basic user information such as Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Birthday, edit the appropriate field on the Edit Profile page and click Save.



 

Changing User Email Address

For a step by step guide to changing the registered email address, click the expanding header below.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page (refer to the Navigation heading below, if necessary).

  2. Click Edit in the My Profile section.

  3. Click Change Email.

  4. Enter the new, valid email address in the appropriate field.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Retrieve registration code sent via email to the new email address.

  7. Enter the registration code into the appropriate field.

  8. Enter the current user password.

  9. Click Next.

  10. The email address has been updated and the page returns to the initial Loyalty site page.

  11. Click OK to continue.

Changing User Password

  1. Navigate to the Settings page (refer to the Navigation heading below, if necessary).

  2. Click Edit in the My Profile section.

  3. Click Change Password

  4. Enter a new password into both fields.

  5. Both passwords must match and contain a minimum of eight characters, one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number.

  6. The password has been updated and the page returns to the initial Loyalty site page

  7. Click OK to continue.

Adding/Merging Loyalty Cards

Loyalty site users can add additional Loyalty cards to their account using the Add Loyalty Card button on the Settings page.  By entering a valid card number as well as a valid pin number from a Loyalty card and clicking Save, a new Loyalty card will be linked to the user account and may be used at any FasCard location configured for use of Loyalty cards.  An optional Card Description may be entered by users at their preference.  Multiple cards may be added to an account.  Any balance or bonus information associated with the original account will be added to the existing account within the same FasCard location.

Customers can link their loyalty accounts to multiple locations, allowing ease of access when utilizing different stores and locations. This also allows FasCard Loyalty Cards to be used at multiple locations. Balances and other store account information do not transfer between FasCard accounts.

Notifications

This section allows user to change notification settings, users can change what they are notified of and how they wish to be notified.

Notification Types:

  • End of cycle

  • Marketing

Notification Methods:

  • Email

  • Push Notification (User must allow app access to push notifications)

Email notifications will only send to the email registered with the FasCard Loyalty Site and Mobile App. This can be changed as highlighted in the ‘Change Email’ section. Multiple notification email addresses cannot be setup under the same account.

Language

The Language menu allows for a selection of English or Español.  Changing this setting will display all Loyalty site pages in the selected language.

Problems & Feedback

The Problems & Feedback option give users the ability to submit feedback or request help from administrators or management.  Feedback is emailed to select users.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page (refer to the Navigation heading below, if necessary).

  2. Click Request Help in the Problems & Feedback section.

  3. Select Issue Type

  4. Choose a location, machine number (if asked), enter a description of problem.

  5. Click Submit to send.

Delete Account

The Delete Account option provides users with the ability to remove all of their personal information from the system.  Any associated Loyalty Cards will be preserved with balance and account can still be used but all activity will be anonymous.  Once this is performed the user will be logged out and log in credentials are destroyed:



Sign Out

Selecting this option will disconnect the user from the Loyalty site, requiring the user to enter their registered email address and current password the next time the site is accessed.
