  1. Tap power as described in the FasCard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document by connecting the C-5338 Power Adapter Harness to the power distribution panel inside the machine or tapping as needed.

    1. 120vac: Connect Blue wire to L1, and Brown wire to N on the terminal side.

    2. 240vac: Connect Blue wire to the L1 tab, and the Brown wire to the L2 tab on the terminal block.

    3. Secure the green wire beneath the ground screw.

  2. Connect the opposite end of the C-5338 Power Adapter Harness to the C-5602 Power Converter.

  3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.
