  1. Connect the C-5274R1 Machine Start Harness to the 8-pin serial harness located behind the display panel.

WARNING: There are two 8-pin harnesses in the machine. Do not connect the C-5274R1 Machine Start Harness to harness with only two wires (red and black)! Doing so can result in damage to both the machine and the reader.
