The Advanced LaundryCard Live System Dashboard



Overview

This page provides a detailed overview for the Advanced LaundryCard Live System Dashboard, describing each section's functionality as well as displaying how the dashboard would look when viewed from either a Desktop or a Mobile device.

IMPORTANT

Presently, all users within an Advanced LaundryCard Live account are able to view the System Dashboard with no filter between management and employee staff.

This is a known issue that will be addressed in a future update.

The Dashboard Outline

Each store owner dashboard will display a series of information upon login to LaundryCard Live. If the login is responsible for multiple stores, selecting an individual store will display its respective dashboard:

X-Changer Status

This section provides information regarding the status of all available X-Changers at an individual store. The status panel also identifies whether the remote backup of a system is up-to-date.

Income Panel
(With Charts)

Graphical outline of revenue generated daily, weekly, and monthly.

The line graph's points display both current income up to the last captured point made at the top of the past hour, as well as the total accumulation of previous hour points leading up to that specific selected hour/day/week.

The income graphs also further highlight past information to compare to current accumulations, whether from the previous week's day or the previous week overall.

Income Timestamp

While the Income Timestamp may show the current time, the graphs themselves only update hourly at the top of the hour (e.g. a 4:15PM Timestamp would mean the last update was 4:00PM with last captured Income data from 3:00PM-3:59PM).



Collection

Displays current recorded totals in each X-Changer's Bill Acceptor.

Note: For these values to maintain accuracy, consistent collections using a Collector's card or an employee card with Collector permissions is required when a physical collection of bills is performed per X-Changer.

Operations

Displays employees currently clocked in with date/timestamp and current card balance shown.

Manager's Menu

Allows logged-in individuals view the store's Manager's options, based on their level of permissions. It also allows user to view the selection of cards assigned to their account and set up and configure alerts.
