FasCard Loyalty Site - Reporting Issues or Feedback

Overview

The Report Issue page allows customers to submit any feedback regarding potential issues at a FasCard location through the FasCard Loyalty Site or Mobile App.

Reporting Issues

Using either the Help icon on the top-right of a Location Details page or the Report Issue icon on a Location Details page allows users to submit a potential issue to be addressed for follow-up.

Whether the issue may be with the location overall, store specifics such as equipment or employees, the app itself, or any other issue(s), be sure to provide a detailed description of the nature of the problem prior to submitting.

Request Help

As referenced in the Settings guide, mobile app users can also submit any Problems & Feedback through the Request Help button in the Settings page.

 

 

Receiving Requests

When an issue has been reported using the FasCard Loyalty Site or FasCard Mobile App for a specific location, the feedback email is typically sent to the account holder and all authorized personnel tied to the overall account.
