FasCard Loyalty Site - Location Details

Overview

The Location Details page is reached by selecting any location from My Locations.  This page contains user balance information and allows for navigation to other location specific pages.

Location Details 

The Location Details page provides an overview of the selected location, from your current balance information, the percentage of machines available, and any activity you may have performed at the selected location.

Tips

  • The Location Details page will display the name of the location selected across the top of the page, along with the location address.

  • Balance information can be refreshed by clicking the 'Reload' arrow in the center of the page.

  • Clicking on the help icon displayed in the upper-right corner of the page will direct to the Report Issue page, allowing a user to submit any issues identified and described, as well as display the phone number to call, if the location has a phone number assigned.

Navigation

Clicking any of the icons below the bar displaying the Loyalty user's balance will redirect the user to another page within the Loyalty site.

 

  • This icon will navigate to the Machines page, which allows the user to see machine status and activate machines.

  • This icon will navigate to the Add Value page, allowing the user to select a Loyalty package and add value to their account with a credit card.

  • This icon will only appear if the FasCard account is configured to allow customers to add value with a credit card.

  • This icon will navigate to the Activity page, allowing the user to view a log of their activity sorted by location, date, and time.

  • This icon will navigate to the Coupons page, allowing the user to view the history of all coupons applied to their account or apply a new coupon.

  • This icon will navigate to the Rewards page and allow the user to view their rewards history.

  • This icon will only appear if the FasCard account is configured to use Loyalty Points or user discounts.

  • This icon will navigate to the Settings page, which will display any active Loyalty cards as well as allow the user to add new cards.

  • This icon will navigate to the Report Issue page, which allows mobile users to report any potential feedback issues for a location to address and follow-up.

  •  

    • The Report Issue page can also be reached via the Help icon on the top-right of that same page.

  • This icon will navigate to the Active Machines page, allowing the user to check the status of any machines started using their Loyalty account.

  • This icon will navigate to the Quick Start page, allowing the user to activate a machine using their Loyalty account.

  • This icon will navigate to the Settings page, allowing users to make a variety of changes to their Loyalty account.

Custom Private Applications

Sometimes, a FasCard/FLEX location may have set up a private application for their specific customers. This application would typically resemble the actual storefront used for that specific account and have a User Interface localized and customized.

If such an app is available, a visible banner will display at the bottom of the screen to direct you to the app store of your choice, whether the iOS App Store for Apple devices, or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
