The following steps assume the start and coin sense harnesses are already connected to the upper pocket control.

1. Locate area to mount C-6411 Serial Stack Add-On Board.

   1. Must be close enough to reader mounting location to connect the harness to.

   2. Must be on a surface that does not received direct exposure from any heating elements (If applicable.)

2. Clean mounting location to remove any dust and residue if needed.

3. Remove the sticker from the back of the C-6411 Serial Stack Add-On Board to expose the adhesive and apply to the mounting location.

4. Connect the white, 7-pin connector from the C-5240-144 to the H3 connection on the lower pocket's Machine Control Assembly.

5. Optional:

   1. Apply C-5033 Label over the card reader opening for the lower pocket control.

   2. Install the C-0940 Vault Cover into the coin vault opening by extending the inner wings of the cover outwards. Then insert into the coin vault opening until the wings lock into place.
