Installation
Open the X-Changer cabinet.
If necessary, remove the face plate covering the camera slot from inside the cabinet using the 11/32 socket.
Installing the Camera
Remove the camera from the box
Remove the screws on the side of the camera using the Micro Phillips screw driver and remove the black bracket encasing the camera.
Attach the black camera bracket to the inside of the mounting bracket (C-1401) using a #2 Phillips Screw driver and screw (C-1079).
Secure the screw and black camera bracket to the face plate with the 8/32 nut (C-1042).
Secure the camera to the black camera bracket (loosely tightening the screws) attaching it to the camera mounting bracket. Make sure the camera is right side up.
Remove the protective cap from the camera.
Attach the camera mounting bracket to the back of the X-Changer.
Tilt the camera forward so that the camera is flush with the acrylic of the X-Changer and the lens is visible.
Using the 11/32 socket, tighten the bottom nut to further secure the camera mounting bracket.
Tighten the screws on the black camera bracket to further secure the camera.
Securing the Camera Cable
Run the camera cable behind the monitor face-plate on the inside of the X-Changer.
Using a cable-tie (C-1088) secure the camera cable to the camera mounting bracket to reduce any excess space in the cable. This will help reduce any chaffing of the cable when opening and closing the X-Changer.
Leaving a little slack in the cable, wrap the cable twice around the door-wire harness.
Fan-fold the rest of the cable and tie with a cable tie, leaving enough cable to plug into the computer.
Thread the rest of the cable through the gray cable channel and plug in the USB into the port of the computer on the X-Changer.
