FasCard Admin Site - Billing Portal
Overview
The Billing Portal is only accessible by users with Admin privileges. This link allows users to access the CCI Self Service Billing Portal, a function previously only available through a direct emailed link.
For any questions regarding your account or updates to Billing Portal access you may contact our Accounting department at accounting@laundrycard.com or call CCI directly.
Accessing the Billing Portal
For users who previously saved a link from a direct email to access the CCI Self Service Billing Portal, CCI ensured easy access to the portal directly from the FasCard Admin Site.
Log in to the FasCard Admin Site using your store admin credentials. For assistance with logging in to the FasCard Admin Site as a store owner or authorized administrative personnel, please contact CCI Technical Support.
Once logged in, click on the Setup tab, followed by the Billing Portal sub-tab.

You must allow Pop-Ups from the FasCard Admin Site in order for the new Portal window or tab to open.
Once Billing Portal is clicked, the FasCard Admin Site will open the CCI Self Service Billing Portal in a new window or tab. If the new window or tab did not immediately display, allow pop-up permissions for the admin site and navigate to that window or tab to access the Billing Portal.
Using the CCI Self Service Billing Portal
When in the CCI Self Service Billing Portal, you will view front-page information regarding your account billing alongside quick links for immediate access, from viewing current FasCard/FLEX subscriptions, invoices and statements to managing your current source of payment.
These features, as well as updating your profile or logging out, can also be accessed at any time while on the website by clicking the three-line hamburger button on the top-right of the page to view portal options.
