How-to Issue a Refund via WorldNet

This is a step by step guide on how to issue a refund using the WorldNet virtual terminal.

Before issuing a refund for the first time, please contact WorldNet (+1 470 372 1602) or email support@worldnettps.com to ensure proper use of the WorldNet virtual terminal.

Step-by-step guide

Gather Information

  1. You will need login access to https://payments.worldnettps.com/merchant/selfcare/

    1. Store owners have an account created for them, and are sent a welcome emails where they can setup their account:

    2. Email Subject: WorldNet TPS Login Details

    3. Email Subject: WorldNet TPS Set New Password

    4. Ask your store owner to create access for you, or if you are a store owner, check your email for the WorldNet 'Welcome Email" to setup your account.

  2. Once you are logged in, there are two ways to process a refund.
