  1. Tap power as described in the FasCard Reader Install - Universal Concepts document using the C-5101 Spade Taps provided.

    1. 120vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to N.

    2. 240vac: Connect the blue wire to L1 and the brown wire to L2.

    3. Secure the green wire to the ground screw.

  2. Connect the C-5336 Power Adapter Harness to the installed spade taps. Connect the opposite end to the C-5602 Power Converter.

  3. Connect the C-5500 Power Extension Harness to the appropriate connector on the C-5602 Power Converter. The remaining cable end connects to the FasCard reader.

Connect Coin Sense Harness

  1. Disconnect the coin drop harness from the terminal strip by disconnecting the Yellow and Brown wires.

    1. If the coin drop is not connected to a terminal strip you will need to cut the wires and connect the coin drop ends of the wires to the coin sense harness.

  2. Connect the C-6342 Coin Sense Harness to the terminal strip, Brown to Brown and Yellow to Yellow.

  1. Connect the C-5341 Machine Start Harness to the terminal strip in the same position that was previously connected to the coin drop.

    1. Wire orientation is not relevant.
