  1. Locate an appropriate location to cut a hole for the reader where the start harness can still reach the MDB connection on the control board, or with a MDB harness.

  2. Cut a hole into the machine's panel using the C-0801 Mounting Bracket as a template. Marking out the location for the large central opening and the two unthreaded holes to the top and bottom of the opening.

  3. Place C-0801 Mounting Bracket on the panel and secure reader to the panel using the (2) C-0141 8-32 x 1-1/2" screws, (2) C-1070-W 1/4" x 1" Washers and (2) C-1042 8-32 Keps Nuts.

  4. Attach the reader using (2) C-0141 8-32 x 1-1/2" screws and apply the C-0015 Label over the screw openings.
